- Don't try to remember where your dream just left off, try to remember where the dream has started and replay the scene again.
- This usually puts you back to sleep, because, when you think backwards, your mind forgets how anxious you are to return to your dream and allows you to fall asleep.
- Don't force yourself to go back to sleep, this will usually not work. If you start the dream again, some scenes may change a bit, but you just let it continue. Your mind usually follows the dream to the desired result next time.
