Although he's injured, he got a call to join Portugal !

Portugal coach, Carlos Queiroz, has called Deco for the World Cup 2010 qualification match against Sweden on 28/03/09 and the friendly match against South Africa on 31/03/09 although his injury last Sunday when Chelsea was playing against Manchester City in the English Premier League.

It has been expected that the injury will keep him out for the rest of the season, but despite that, Carlos Queiroz has called him to join the Portugal squad.
